How it works (Agenda)

• Sign up to get the monthly emails announcing the next workshop (Last Thursday of the month from 4:30-6:30pm MST)
• Show up (and bring a friend)
• 15 minutes: Discuss one foundational skill (as a group)
• 90 minutes: Practice & Feedback
  • Practice whatever you want. It doesn't have to be the covered skill.
• 15 minutes: Group debrief to share insights & lessons learned
